@stefano The problem with that type (the Andes Virus) is that is is (IIRC) the only type of Hanta virus that can be transferred from human to human. In Bavaria we had 56 cases in 2024 and 90(!) cases in 2025 transferred by a rodent (arvicola rossastra) and these type do not transfer from human to human. So yes, the Andres Virus in Argentina is way more dangerous and I do hope the patients will be isolated well.
