In Bavaria we had 56 cases in 2024 and 90(!) cases in 2025 transferred by a rodent (arvicola rossastra) and these type do not transfer from human to human. So yes, the Andres Virus in Argentina is way more dangerous and I do hope the patients will be isolated well.
