I have a mild allergy to bananas, and the scent of very ripe bananas bothers me a lot. I'm firmly "yellow" and no riper.

(though I am happy if my husband ignores a few to the point of overripeness and makes banana bread...)

@JessTheUnstill whenever I eat bananas I get really nauseated so I have to be quite desperate to eat them. Not an issue if they are cooked (pasteurized smoothies don't have this issue).
