I walked a little farther this morning and I'm glad I went out, but it wasn't as pleasant as I would like. Having to wait until rush hour to walk (because of Daylight Savings Time) meant that the traffic noise from the highway was overwhelming. And it was colder than I expected at 39F (not quite 4C), and I had forgotten my gloves.
Yesterday's warm temperatures melted the ice in the pond, and now the geese are back, but the piles of dirty snow remain. Daffodils are poking their heads up, but not blooming yet.
Today I go to the hospital for the CT scan that got postponed because of the big snowstorm. Fingers crossed they find nothing.
