One neat little fun fact about the random OCW structures is that every one of them were originally built by one of our members in a previous Minecraft Server. Some of them date all the way back to alpha/beta Minecraft, even! One of them was unfinished, and @nincodedo and I had plans to make it into a randomized dungeon of sorts? We took pieces of our favorite base we ever built and tried to use the new-at-the-time structure puzzle pieces to randomize it for each instance. While we haven't finished it yet, a more important structure has, The Library.
In each player's structure, they have a chance to find their own relic, but in The Library, any/all relics can be found. Once a specific relic is found, no other copies will generate in any other lootable container, making them wholly unique per attempt. No, we did not keep these upon death, although we did toss around some sort of rare enchantment using Curse of Binding II+ that would basically persist after death for each level beyond 1, but would come pre-equipped and unable to be removed for the duration.
So many neat new roguelike mechanics this season! Legitimately one of my favorite improvements we made to the whole thing.

@Undead_Zeratul expanding upon Zedar's Forbidden Wing of the Library into a dungeon maze was one of my favorite projects for the server. The original is fairly small, just one hallway connecting a few rooms to the lobby. Each of the rooms were themed around a different block. The lobby and rooms are completely copied in, and the rooms got a few variants added with newer blocks. There's actually only one room saved as a structure, and all the other variants are created via block replace filters.
I'd like to update it and all the structures to the latest Minecraft version. Some day.
