I finished Flowers for Algernon yesterday. Great book! Highly recommend it!
It had a bit in it where Charlie has PKU, and I thought that was interesting, but a lot of it was medical mumbo jumbo that was quite unrealistic to PKU (except for faulty enzymes though).
Still, a great book. 4.5/5
