    Signal was not broken. The FBI reportedly recovered deleted incoming Signal message previews from an iPhone’s notification database after physical access to the device. That points to an endpoint and notification-preview problem, not broken encryption.

      @beitmenotyou The question I haven’t seen answered is: On e you change those settings in Signal, how do you delete the old database, so my prior messages don’t linger?
