How are you managing your business/company without Big Tech? I would love to hear specifically selfhosted tools.
I have been managing my one person firm with Nextcloud, Trillium Notes and Forgejo. But now I am getting an employee and need to have files/information shared with other person. I have used Cryptpad for managing tasks and files previously, but loved to hear other options.

@mika why can't you share with nextcloud?
We use owncloud in our 2-person company, and it works fine.
The official clients use the webdav connector, and it seems stable on windows, Linux and android.We use redmine for project management that we host ourselves too.
We use openfire (XMPP) for chat and voice and video calls.If we were bigger, we would probably need to find a financial package, but libreoffice is enough.
We use DokuWiki for documentation.
