Good morning! I have an unexpected free day, and I'm not unhappy about it. We have bright sun coming over the trees so I'll head outside to walk + look for signs of spring once the temperature climbs above freezing.

Last month, Feb. 26th, I sent out 2 packages to my sisters. One arrived in Montana 5 days later. The one traveling to Chicago finally arrived yesterday. What a relief! Despite tracking it took filing a service request and daily calls. It pays to be a squeaky wheel.

I wonder how the postal system can be so broken. We went through that same sort of experience with a certified letter.

Trump 1.0 did his best to destroy the postal system and Biden didn't fix it. Sometimes I wonder how it works at all.

@joyce @Sharonbw We see our problem being a very sloppy carrier, but I know there is a whole broken system behind them. I wish Biden had been willing and able to remove DeJoy.
