New by me: Cybersecurity Does Not Have a Specialization Problem. It Has a Context Problem
We keep adding tools, roles, dashboards, and layers of complexity, but a lot of teams are still losing on the basics. In my latest post, I dig into the hidden cost of fragmented security work, tool sprawl, and what happens when context gets lost.

Cybersecurity keeps getting more specialized, but many teams are still losing time, clarity, and trust on the basics. The real cost is not specialization itself. It is what happens when context disappears.
