    @_L1vY_ CW: Business journalists and PR flacks identify with CEOs, not with customers. Political journalists and PR flacks identify with politicians, not with citizens.

    And do it goes with tech journalists, automotive journalists, and so many other industry journalists who identify with the subjects of their coverage, not their readers.
