Climbed a cold war era warning siren tower today, one of Seattle's Phinney Ridge landmarks (you can see the bulk of the massive decommissioned siren above).

I can't even look at a lamppost in the same way anymore.
Driving around, looking up at things that stick up above the treeline.

@chickpeapole couldn't reach the tippy top without serious parkour
I am going to explore other options for getting up there since it's actually where I wanted to place the repeater. will sing that song if I make it. -
