Where do you set the thermostat?

The conversions are inexact but I thought it would be better to use the rough Fahrenheit equivalents, since that's what would be available on thermostat settings.

@evan low 60s in the winter and upper 70s in the summer. as it's asked today the appropriate option is selected.

@evan Between 24 and 26. Below 24, it starts to get expensive.

If you think that NOBODY should tell the thermostat what temperature to try to achieve and that the thermostat is OBLIGATED TO NO ONE and furthermore that it's IMPOSSIBLE TO ESTIMATE what the temperature would be, please let me know in the comments because this is very important information
