Yes. Early-blooming trees are there for the early-emerging bees. Despite being designed for wind pollination (as any miserable allergy-sufferer can tell you) the early trees like maples and willows are huge magnets for bees.
There are a number of native varieties, so there’s probably one that would fit well into your local ecosystem. And they are do not require coddling.
