1. I had a very nice outdoor lunch with a friend today.
2. I had a jillion errands a few towns over yesterday, and got them all done.
3. Also yesterday, my husband and I got haircuts, and our hair cutter was selling a dozen eggs from his wife's chickens for $4. I took the second to last dozen and gave him $5. As we were leaving, he gave me the other dozen, as he's taking the next 2 days off and didn't want to take the eggs back home. I offered to pay, but he declined.
