    If you genuinely believed you were 18 months from building a superintelligence that could cure cancer, you probably wouldn't pivot the entire company to horny chatbots. But I'm just a person with priorities. Maybe the path to solving death really does go through AI girlfriends. I don't have an MBA.

        @Daojoan

        Nobody will check to verify whether you do or don't have an MBA. What I'm firmly set on is that no one check to see if I have a functioning brain.

        Horse feathers! Anyone who happens upon a few of your posts could verify that your brain functions at a higher level than many.

          @Daojoan Poetically suspect this is what it looks like for aliens to veto a planet's ascension to galactic relevance, but that's ambiguous: that too represents the same basic moral incontinence. So the only things being added are humiliation and incompetence.

            @dannyman I find all this most entertaining.

            Along with all those years of self driving being right around the corner

                @tobi I'm so glad! He was a national treasure and there was a time I could sing all of those songs! 😃

                Well worth a listen, he made me laugh every single time.

                    @Daojoan There's probably a slop to slop joke in here but I'm not willing to get AI to make it for me.

                        The internet is like the multiverse interpretation of quantum physics: every variation of something exists "out there"!
