For years, I shared that disabilities in the US workforce had been consistently rising—evidence, perhaps, of Long #COVID19 risks still growing. But the trend is now falling. Since November, we've had five consecutive months of falling numbers of disabled workers in the US--first time that's happened in 17 years.

Evidence of declining LC risks? Perhaps.

We're still well above the pre-pandemic baseline, but the trend is hopeful.
