I remember Dublin's food (~14a ago) and wanted to explore some of what's happening now for this week's St. Patrick's Day column. Got to with chefs Brian McCourt here and Padraic Flynn (a KW-boy!) in Co. Laois about the fantastic foodish things happening there.

Go beyond meat and potatoes this St. Patrick's Day: Jasmine Mangalaseril | CBC News

St. Patrick’s Day is next week. While many may celebrate with a pint in one hand and perhaps a stew in the other, Irish food culture offers much more. CBC K-W's food columnist Jasmine Mangalaseril checks out the Irish food scene in Waterloo region and Ireland itself.

@APBBlue YES. Their dairy everything is **so** good. At least you can get Kerrygold in the States. Here...while it's technically possible, it's essentially not allowed.
