I have just cooked what I am calling a Fridge Curry. Half a jar of old tikka paste, half a jar of old red Thai curry paste, some old wrinkly chillis and almost a whole onion. Add in some veg and chicken from the freezer, bit of water. You’ve got yourself a Fridge Curry sir. Actually tastes really nice.
