    Wednesday #Workout:
    11 minutes of yoga for runners.
    20 minutes of strength training.
    23 minutes of snow shovelling.
    6.6 KM of #Running (-8°C, -14 windchill, 86% humidity, and 14 KM/H wind).

    Good workouts, pretty quick cleanup of the remaining snow. Opted for a shorter run today for a break.

    For the first time, one of my AirPods Pro popped out of my ear while I was slogging through snow, and spent an annoying ten minutes trying to locate it in the fresh snow, with no luck. <long digital sigh> 🤦🏻

      @WTL
      I have a personal policy to buy brightly-coloured items whenever there's an option. Black and white blend into the background far too easily! I've had a pair of "Smokin' Buds" earbuds for a year or 2 now, which set me back about $30. The mint-green colour always shows up again. I need to buy a replacement pair now that one ear no longer plays content to me. Still, one ear at a time is perfect for activities around the house or in public places.
      RIP your pricey earbud!

        @WTL nice workout and run, including snow shovelling.
        Sorry to hear about your expensive digital loss, that is not what you need. I'm amazed they haven't popped out sooner,, with your horrific cold weather, so that in a way is impressive. Do they not have a feature to locate them with your phone?
        I think you're pretty brave wearing them, I can't wear that type of Bluetooth earphones because they fall out even when I'm sitting still.

          @EllenInEdmonton It's the first time in five, maybe six years that one has fallen out, I might have been removing my hood at the time which might have pulled it out. Either way, I feel a bit dumb. 🤷🏻

            @robchapman This is the first time its happened in 5 or 6 years. They have stayed in through trips, falls, making snow angels… 🤷🏻 I did try using the Find My feature, but they were obviously under enough snow that I couldn't hear them. If had happened yesterday I would have easily seen them, but not in this fresh light fluffy snow. 🤷🏻

                @WTL There’s nothing dumb about having objects fall out of your ears! It’s just sad it was a white object in a bunch of snow!
