Back when I lived in the Phoenix area, each year there was a contest in the newspaper for who could guess the first 100F day. If I recall correctly, it was usually sometime in early May.
The record for earliest 100F day is March 26, 1988.
It looks like that record is going to fall, probably on Wednesday.
And of course, I have appointments in the area Tuesday through Thursday
