Well, I went out and accomplished two of my errands, then decided the biggest one -- grocery shopping -- could wait until Monday. I really want to finish my read-through and send the new Cordwainer book to my beta reader this weekend. So I came home and have been reading and tinkering with the WIP.

Gas is creeping closer and closer to $5/gallon here, but hasn't quite reached it yet. I'm pretty sure it will be there soon.
