@ahimsa_pdx I know one here in Ottawa. Often see her at concerts in the summer. She can walk short distances if not tired so sometimes she uses a chair. Not a big deal.

Yes, yes! As a culpable victim of severe emphysema — on O₂ 24/7 — I can walk maybe 20 meters with a walker and oxygen before needing a lengthy sit-down. Without my wheelchair, I'd rarely leave my room.
