    I've made up a pair of jeans from a new indie pattern company, and I absolutely hate everything about them.

    I think what enrages me most is the shallow pockets. Why the fuck would you do this?

    The pattern also features 1cm seam allowances, meaning no flat felled seams, so you can put in a lot of work for something that looks cheap.

      Sounds like a pattern that you'll be modifying heavily if you make it again! There are some fabulous jean patterns out there. Hope you find something that works for the future. My new mantra is, "Everything that I make is a template for the next make".
