    You can make a fine peanut sauce for your ramen once you reach the end of a jar of peanut butter. Couple tablespoons each of PB, soy sauce, vinegar or lime juice, sriracha, maple syrup or honey, bit of garlic and ginger and probably some other items that suit your fancy.

      @kevbob heck toss that with some rotisserie chicken, shredded veggies, and noodles and you have totally some liangmian!
