Ich dachte dabei eher an die Innenpolitik der usa, die seit 2001 einige Behörden auf Terrorismus im Inneren angesetzt haben, die angeblich schon viele Gefahren beseitigt haben, die Bürger*innenrechte geschreddert haben, im Namen dessen, dass da angeblich so viele von denen herumlaufen.
