I realized what the glaze reminds me of: Setparian nodules

I didn't use this guy's recipe: https://glazy.org/recipes/347652
but this is what I've been aiming for since I started playing with wood-ash glazes. It's really nice to see I've finally gotten there on my fourth formulation.
Edit: In case it's not clear, this vase is not my piece. It's his. The bowl higher up in the thread is mine.
