This one is not terribly important...pet registration.
Email sent to the address as it was when the pet registration was last renewed, and not to the current address on the Service Ottawa profile.
People change emails for reasons. Often because they don't have access to the old one.

Had the same issue. Took a couple of weeks but the city actually corrected the problem. When they want money from you they’ll work it out fast. -

@johnefrancis I had the opposite issue yesterday. My bank told me to update my profile.
They confirmed me that I have my new email address on my file.
Seems like a flag not set to me

@johnefrancis the systems are rarely that integrated. Municipalities don’t have that kind of money.
