Good morning. It’s a quiet and clear morning, which is much appreciated. We’re waterlogged from all the rain, but suffered no damage except more broken branches.
I’ve got a list of errands to do and later we’ll have a birthday dinner for my youngest, postponed from yesterday.
The tree buds are starting to be visible. Ironic that when the weather moderates my seasonal allergies kick in and make walking less pleasant. Still, it’s better than ice and snow.

I saw branches down on my short walk, but no real damage. And yes, the pollening has begun despite the cold weather.

@Sharonbw It's good you had no problems. We have some small branches down but the bigger ones that fell were in our neighbor's yard.
It's so nice to see the sun today. I have to hang my windchimes back up when it gets warmer later today. I'm hoping the sun does a good job on the warming.

The sun isn't doing a very good job with warming. We're only 39F and it's almost 12:30 pm.

@Sharonbw Ditto. It was about 39F at 1 PM. The windchimes are back up (10 of them) and it wasn't too cold. 40F is when this desert rat draws the line between cold and cool. 🥶
