My return to sleep is slowing down these days. Even though I may be awake for hours in the middle of the night, my best sleep seems to occur in the last 10 minutes before my alarm goes off, especially on mornings when I have to get up. -

@dabertime I have been having this issue lately. I almost force myself to stay in bed, but acknowledge that either way is a losing battle.
