    Face it. If you get up to pee at 4 AM, you are not going back to sleep. 😞

      @dabertime

      Preach! Also, if you have to get up for leg cramps, your sleep is wrecked. This is me almost all the time.

          @dabertime I’m absolutely going back to sleep just as I did all the other times all night every 1.5 hrs.

              @Alison @dabertime
              My return to sleep is slowing down these days. Even though I may be awake for hours in the middle of the night, my best sleep seems to occur in the last 10 minutes before my alarm goes off, especially on mornings when I have to get up.

                @EllenInEdmonton Had a big break last night and couldn't sleep in as it's fire alarm testing day in my building. Oh Yay! (kill me now)

                  @EllenInEdmonton @Alison those 10 minutes before the alarm are absolutely the best.

                      @dabertime I have been having this issue lately. I almost force myself to stay in bed, but acknowledge that either way is a losing battle.
