On a recent walk, I caught our local native sedum with its lovely star-shaped blooms. Sedum ternatum or woodland stonecrop is surprisingly hard to find for sale, even though I see nonnative sedums that certainly don't look any more interesting in people's gardens all over the place. #nature #zone6b #zone7a #garden #gardening #nativeplants #succulents
