@mlanger We average $150 non summer and around $225 in summer. They offer 5 plans. Standard is four different rates by time, and then there are steps as well. So like first 600 kWh are cheaper than the next, etc. If I look at total bill including all the dumb fees and charges / total kWh over the past six months it's about 13.5 cents for us
