By the time I got out of work, it was raining. Still raining after mass. But I am always out on the corner near the church with a protest sign at the same time every Saturday, so I wasn't going to call off on account of rain. I was out there today, with a sign saying "Defend the Voting Rights Act". Only one stray person, okay it's small potatoes. But I kept my mind fixed on all the many people across this country who were also out there today for the same cause.
