CIRCLE WITH A DOT

I've been sitting on this one for a while. Probably as long as I was sitting on Alien Trilogy.Being a game that, I assume, was made to just push the Coca-Cola brand, I was surprised at not only how competent this game was but also how enjoyable it was.Sure. It does feel, and play like, a Sonic clone. Alien Trilogy was probably one of the scariest games I played in 2025, this is mostly because I am ridiculously scared of the Xenomorph, and because they nailed atmosphere so well.After a while, it wasn't so bad, I was able to play through the game as I would any other game, but I remember the first time trying to play the first few levels and feeling paralysed with fear.It doesn't help that the shotgun is a horrifically ineffective weapon, but once you get the Pulse Rifle, things become significantly more manageable.Check out my unfiltered thoughts and general advice for the game at #IshambardsNesthttps://ishambardsnest.blogspot.com/2026/02/alien-trilogy-ps1.html?m=1#PS1 #Xenomorph
