@bonkers and their reliability can be increased tenfold by making a mesh network of drones, both on a hardware and software level. I know russians use it extensively and unfortunately that creates tons of problems.also, unlike russians, Ukraine cannot rely on Chinese as much on supplying due to obvious reasons, and Western alternatives are more expensive.
