    what's interesting here (aside from the fact almost nothing is manufactured in russia and that not only Chinese are bypassing sanctions):
    - Nvidia Jetson TX2; usually their appliance is to autolock on target using ML;
    - Chinese LoRa modem (I assume that can be used as mesh device) to evade electronic warfare systems

      @DM_Ronin LoRa chips are widely available, cheap, and not under any sanctions. Also, they support a much wider frequency range than that allowed by regulations. Also, it has a low bandwidth mode with a lot of redundancy in the signal, so that it circumvents the radio noise. These chips are used by both sides in thousands a month.

        @bonkers and their reliability can be increased tenfold by making a mesh network of drones, both on a hardware and software level. I know russians use it extensively and unfortunately that creates tons of problems.

        also, unlike russians, Ukraine cannot rely on Chinese as much on supplying due to obvious reasons, and Western alternatives are more expensive.
