So for this question I meant to say that competition law is an exclusive competence of the EU. However some commenters informed me there’s also national/local competition laws, so I should have added “competition laws where the pertain to the internal market” but there’s not space for that on a mastodon poll. As for fisheries: there are some aspects that are an exclusive competence, as are some aspects of the common agricultural policy. Not my best poll!
