So for this question I meant to say that competition law is an exclusive competence of the EU. However some commenters informed me there’s also national/local competition laws, so I should have added “competition laws where the pertain to the internal market” but there’s not space for that on a mastodon poll. As for fisheries: there are some aspects that are an exclusive competence, as are some aspects of the common agricultural policy. Not my best poll! @s1m0n4 The good thing is, you don't actually need to be able to 1 per minute, if you think about it. The reasoning portion of the #EPSO tests these days are pass/fail. So, you just need to be ablet to do 6 of these in 10 minutes. That also means developing the skill to quickly realise when one of these will take you longer, and quicly moving on to the next and solving that one.So i recommend practicing these in sets of 5 or 10 to practice your judgement

@hpod16 I love how the wikipedia entry for Costa v. ENEL demurely notes that: "Costa was assisted by Gian Galeazzo Stendardi, a Milanese lawyer" when in fact......Italian plans are measured in centuries.
