@Rachelburch An interesting shape to the tree. Organic in flow as well as nature.Willow tree i was give became too big for my garden so I treat it as a 6 foot bonsai. Still flourishing 15 or so years later.

Remains of Longstone manor on the banks of Burrrator Reservoir, last week, #Dartmoor #Devon #photography Longstone Manor stands near the Reservoir and dates back to the 16th century. It was occupied by the Elford family for around 150 being converted into a working farm in about 1750. The property remained was a farm for another century and a half, after which it was abandoned; the reservoir was constructed not long after in the 19th C. The stone in the third photo is an Apple crusher.
