I have been practicing martial arts for 30 years mostly, bjj (brown belt), muy thai, boxing, wrestling and "mma". I got into the ufc hype in the 2000s and 2010s with the GSP, Silva and the other names of that era. I absolutely loved the women's arrival with the like of Ronda Rousey and Gina Carano. But since the UFC took the McGregor turn while accepting absolutely disgusting and unnaceptable behaviors from their athletes and even promoting such behavior to promote....i had to get off the train. And most recently, in the last 5 years, the UFC took a complete ultra right wing road and became a playground and political tool for the Maga heads and the likes of them. They started organizing shows for the rich dictators of this world while the repressed populations can barely afford to live and eat or simply talk freely. The UFC and MMA is dead to me in general and seeing Dana White attempting to corrupt boxing worries me. #mma #ufc #boxing.
