A new day. A new chance to succeed.
A mostly routine day, I hope. I need to restore my Practice after a 10 day interruption.
It's okay. I can do it. I've done it before. I can do it again.
While it's frustrating to have a streak broken, stressing over the break does no good. Instead I'll be glad for the nearly 4 months where it all worked.
And begin again knowing that, normally, the Practice holds up. Even improves over time.
May your new beginnings all work out #today
