A new day. A new chance to succeed.

Already an hour into the day and only now starting my engine. A slow start is still a start.

Most mornings I hit the floor running. Ready to go. Coffee poured and synapses coming online in a cascade.

Not this morning.

Sluggish. Lounging in my pajamas for an hour before getting dressed and facing the day with intent.

But some mornings I need that extra time to breathe. To just be, if only for an hour.
