      I wonder if that could stand up in court--perhaps the psychiatrist is acting in an unethical manner.

        @dallo So mistakes can be made or misunderstood and then blame is not valid because in hands of doctor ...NOT a good thing at all when used as an escape ... and no guarantees as to where personal informatioin can end up...
