Does anyone have one of these in the UK that I could buy?

Does anyone have one of these in the UK that I could buy? The listings I've found are all outside the UK and end up costing £30 by the time they get here, which is too much.
Turns out the buttonholer I got is missing this and the thumbscrew I have is very difficult to fasten and unfasten as it's the standard length.

Former engineer here... a simple long threaded bolt with 2 nuts will suffice.
Find one approximately the same length and same thread... can't tell the size from a pic. But you can pop along to your local hardware store with it and test some nuts on it.
Take the 2 nuts and thread them on to the bolt. Get the bottom nut at the right position, and then using two spanners the right size for the nuts, turn the two nuts into each other until they lock.
This should solve the problem... and cost a few pennies.

@Anomnomnomaly That's my back up plan. I'm a chronic hoarder of Useful Fastenings because of having old cars but I haven't found anything with a matching thread yet. Also, the proper item will just feel nicer to use than a nut.

I didn't know if this was going to a cosmetic preference or an 'anything will suffice' solution.
Hope you find what you are looking for.

@RexMagenta Sadly not, but I do see a ruffler, a tucker, a bias binder, and I think a blind hemmer there. That's a handy assortment for sure.
