I had a Motorola phone with "flick to turn on flashlight". That was nice. A single flick, not a vaguely defined "shake".
@jrdepriest @MeaningfulBits yesss, that was the only time in my life that I used the feature and it was so good!

@rixx I've always thought "shake to _____" doesn't make much sense. There are too many false positives and pressing a button is quicker.

@rixx feature request: shake your phone to instantly shed all AI features from all apps.
(Remember to shake weekly because they creep back up like a swarm of flees from hell.) -

@jrdepriest @MeaningfulBits @rixx It's super nice and all phones would have it but for the Motorola patent. 🤬
And AFAIK free "ROMs" like LineageOS are too chicken to just ignore the patent and offer it on all devices. Or even as an add-on app FFS.
