Details matter. I've been refining the focus state for the anime gallery on my homepage.

The new backlighting isn't just a static gradient. It’s asymmetrical - firing up quickly to provide instant feedback, then decaying slower to feel organic. It gives the UI a tactile, cinematic weight.
