      @artcollisions the @vagina_museum currently have an installation on menopause - there were a stack of resources they may be able to steer you towards! https://www.vaginamuseum.co.uk/exhibitions/current

          @artcollisions Definitely the company midi health ( https://www.joinmidi.com ), if you're including commercial resources. It was founded by a friend of mine, and is full of information and easy access to experts.

              @artcollisions @bright_helpings my friend recommended The definitive guide to perimenopause and menopause, Dr Louise Newson. I've not read it but she thought it was useful. In other news, my predictive text didn't contain the word perimenopause, until now!

                            @Columbia @artcollisions I will second this wiki. I found it thru reddit and am so happy it links to the fediverse too. I was just hitting menopause after suffering for over a decade in peri when i found that sub and the wiki, which i read thoroughly. Good sound info with link to refs. It armed me to better communicate with my doc to get what i actually need, instead of more bs psych meds that messed me up.
