@artcollisions Dr. Jen Gunter’s book. Also, recommend the comics anthology Menopause: A Comic Treatment, ed. by MK Czerwiec from Graphic Mundi

@artcollisions @bright_helpings my friend recommended The definitive guide to perimenopause and menopause, Dr Louise Newson. I've not read it but she thought it was useful. In other news, my predictive text didn't contain the word perimenopause, until now!

@Columbia @artcollisions I will second this wiki. I found it thru reddit and am so happy it links to the fediverse too. I was just hitting menopause after suffering for over a decade in peri when i found that sub and the wiki, which i read thoroughly. Good sound info with link to refs. It armed me to better communicate with my doc to get what i actually need, instead of more bs psych meds that messed me up.
