@pixelate Yeah, and now Samsung's getting rid of the last stupid and potentially showstopping thing they had which is their stupid custom talkback. @JamminJerry @mcourcel

@mew @pixelate @mcourcel no no no no! samsung has one more extremely stupid thing that keeps me from using it as a daily driver aside from the shitty speakers sense the S24 series, and that is there proximity sensor.

@JamminJerry So my problem is, I like to store a lot of offline content on my mobile devices. So I either need a device with a shit ton of storage up front, or something that supports a Micro SD card slot, which is fewer and far between these days. @J3317 @pixelate @mcourcel

@mew @JamminJerry @J3317 @mcourcel Man I bought a 512 GB SD Card for the BT-speak when I thought that was pretty cool, and returned the BT-speak and now I ain't got nothing that supports the darn thing. All that wasted storage.

@mew @pixelate @mcourcel the S22 speakers wern't all that bad, but not only does the S24 speakers sound bad, but when you use the e.q. it doesn't effect the accessibility channel! this makes your screen reader sound like total shit!

@pixelate @mew @mcourcel my actual credit is shit, but my credit threw t-mobile is really good. I have been with them for either six or seven years now. all I have to pay up front is the tax, and nothing down at all. when I first started with them, I think I had to pay close to 40 or 50 percent down. once you have been with them for three years, and you make payments on time, and such, then you don't have to do that.\

@JamminJerry @mew @mcourcel Oooo wow, that's pretty cool! With US Mobile, I usually come in with unlocked devices. I could maybe buy devices through them, but then I'd be stuck if something happened. Like I was with StraightTalk and I couldn't get my SIM swapped over and it took like days, talking with them over the phone, and at that point I was like never again, joined US Mobile in like 20 minutes and haven't looked back. $26 a month for one line with like 50 GB data, 10 GB hotspot, pretty nice. They even ported my number over for me.

@mew @JamminJerry @mcourcel My S25 speakers are okay, but they could definitely have more base. I use headphones, EarFun Air Pro 4, and you can set the base up pretty good. And they have game mode so latency isn't too much of an issue.

I can't remember if the S24 is that bad, but I hated that so much!

@JamminJerry Now keep in mind, the last Pixel phone's microphones that I tried was the 8 pro, but I didn't find them to be bad at all. Now that being said, I love my S23 mics. A fucking lot! @pixelate @mcourcel
